Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Manager, located in Orchha. The IT Manager will ensure the smooth operation of the IT infrastructure and systems, manage the IT team, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, oversee cybersecurity protocols, and coordinate with various departments to support their IT needs. Additionally, the IT Manager will be responsible for implementing new technology solutions, maintaining hardware and software, and managing budgets related to IT projects.

• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, hardware, and software management
• Experience in leading and managing IT teams
• Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and providing effective solutions
• Understanding of cybersecurity protocols and practices
• Good communication and coordination skills with various departments
• Ability to implement new technology solutions effectively
• Experience in managing IT budgets and project planning
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or PMP are a plus
