Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Manager to oversee and manage the hospital’s information technology infrastructure, systems, and digital operations. The IT Manager will be responsible for ensuring seamless functioning of hospital information systems (HIS), data security, network reliability, and providing technology support to healthcare staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage hospital IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, and software.
• Oversee implementation, maintenance, and upgrades of the Hospital Information System (HIS), EMR, and other healthcare applications.
• Ensure data security, backup, and recovery processes are in place and compliant with healthcare regulations.
• Troubleshoot IT issues and provide timely technical support to medical, nursing, and administrative staff.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT equipment, AMC, and software support.
• Plan and execute IT-related projects such as digital transformation, system integration, and telemedicine solutions.
• Train hospital staff on the proper use of HIS and other applications.
• Maintain IT documentation, policies, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Lead a team of IT support staff and ensure round-the-clock IT service availability.
• Ensure cybersecurity measures, firewalls, and antivirus protections are updated and active.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience: 5–8 years of IT experience, with at least 2–3 years in a healthcare/hospital IT environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HIS, EMR/EHR systems, networking, servers, and databases.
• Familiarity with data security protocols, HIPAA compliance, and healthcare IT standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
