Job Description

Manage and supervise the EDP / IT team.
Maintain and ensure proper functioning of all hardware, servers, networking, and software systems.
Oversee ERP or HRMS systems, data entry accuracy, and timely report generation.
Coordinate with departments for data management and system-related support.
Implement system backups, data recovery, and cybersecurity measures.
Maintain and monitor attendance, payroll, and production data systems.
Ensure data confidentiality and control access permissions.
Liaise with software vendors and IT service providers for maintenance and updates.
Develop automation and digital solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Train users and staff on system usage and new technology.
Prepare MIS reports and data analysis for management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
