IT Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily IT operations, including network administration, data security, hardware/software management, and troubleshooting.
• Plan, implement, and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.
• Manage and lead the IT team to deliver timely support and project completion.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, security protocols, and best practices across the organization.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for procurement, AMC, and maintenance of IT equipment and software licenses.
• Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement improvements for scalability and reliability.
• Manage data backups, disaster recovery plans, and cybersecurity measures.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance productivity.
• Prepare and manage the IT budget and ensure cost-effective technology solutions.
• Provide technical support and training to employees as needed.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, routers, firewalls, VPN, etc.)
• Expertise in system administration (Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, Office 365, etc.)
• Familiarity with data security, antivirus, and firewall management.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, cloud solutions, and IT infrastructure setup.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under pressure.
• Knowledge of data backup, recovery, and cybersecurity standards.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 6–10 years of proven experience in IT operations, infrastructure management, and team leadership.
• Prior experience in managing IT systems for medium to large organizations preferred.
• Experience in implementing IT policies and digital transformation initiatives is an advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
