ABOUT THE JOB : POSITION : FINANCIAL ANALYST

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth financial and strategic analysis of companies undergoing insolvency under the NCLT CIRP process to identify potential acquisition targets for stressed asset investments.
• Play a cross-functional role across two departments:

1) NCLT Division – Research and due diligence on distressed companies, supporting acquisition strategies.

2) AIF Division – Contribute to the structuring and launch of Sidhvandan Stressed Asset Fund I, an AIF Category II scheme registered with SEBI, focused on investing in stressed companies acquired through NCLT.  Collaborate with senior management on fund structuring, market research, and investment pipeline development

Skills Required

• Minimum 1-2 years of proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in financial statement analysis and performance metrics.
• Familiarity with financial software tools (Excel, Power BI, SAP).
• Understanding of market trends, financial markets, and investment analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle large datasets and extract actionable insights.
• Knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
