🔹 Key Responsibilities

Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support business objectives.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluate business performance.
Analyze trends, variances, and profitability to provide actionable insights.
Support strategic planning, investment decisions, and business initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational activities.
Maintain and improve financial models, dashboards, and reporting systems.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and concise manner.

🔹 Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master’s or CFA preferred.
3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related roles.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Familiarity with ERP and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
