Mitaso Appliances Ltd. is looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead technology operations, infrastructure, and digital initiatives across the organization. The candidate must have extensive experience with ERP systems, IT networks, security, and hardware management.

We have been a trusted Tier-1 supplier for more than 40 years to the major OEMs in the Automotive business – Maruti Suzuki, Volvo Eicher Commercial Vehicles, Mahindra, New Holland, Tafe, Escorts Tractors, Escorts Construction Equipment and many others. Our expertise is in sheet metal stampings and fabricated assemblies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee implementation, maintenance, and optimization of ERP systems.
• Manage IT infrastructure including servers, cloud solutions, firewalls, and networking.
• Ensure robust data security, backup, and recovery systems.
• Handle troubleshooting and maintenance of computer hardware and software.
• Collaborate with departments to automate processes and improve efficiency.
• Supervise vendors and service providers for IT-related contracts.
• Plan and execute IT upgradation, training, and audits.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong expertise in ERP management and IT systems administration.
• Knowledge of networking, firewalls, cloud storage, and data security protocols.
• Proficiency in Windows, NAS, and cloud-based technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
