Key Responsibilities

• Oversee IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, databases, cloud systems, and security tools.
• Lead and manage the IT team, providing guidance, training, and performance monitoring.
• Develop and implement IT policies, SOPs, security protocols, and system standards.
• Ensure smooth functioning of Windows/Linux systems, hardware, software, and networking components.
• Manage IT projects such as upgrades, installations, migrations, and new technology implementations.
• Ensure data security through firewall management, cybersecurity tools, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and AMC partners for hardware/software support.
• Monitor system performance, uptime, and capacity planning.
• Oversee IT budgeting, procurement, asset management, and license management.
• Ensure strong IT governance, compliance, and adherence to company policies.
  

Key Result Areas (KRA) – IT Manager

• Maintain optimal IT system availability, achieving targeted uptime across all networks and servers.
• Ensure robust cybersecurity protocols, including firewall updates, threat monitoring, and periodic audits.
• Successfully execute IT projects (upgrades/migrations) within defined timelines and budgets.
• Improve IT operational efficiency by implementing automation, monitoring tools, and better workflows.
• Reduce support resolution time by establishing and monitoring helpdesk SLAs.
• Ensure accuracy of IT asset records, license renewals, and AMC documentation.
• Conduct quarterly audits of systems, logs, policies, and security compliance.
• Deliver timely reports to management on IT operations, risks, improvements, and budget usage.
• Identify and introduce emerging technologies that enhance business performance and security.
• Lead the IT team effectively, ensuring training, performance management, and skill development.
