Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Business Development Executive (Fresher) to join our team at Turabit Solutions. In this role, you will work in the night shift, focusing on identifying business opportunities, generating leads, and building relationships with potential clients. Your strong communication skills, assertive sales approach, and can-do attitude will be key to driving success in this position. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound sales calls, email campaigns and engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and offer tailored AI solutions. Generate new business opportunities by identifying leads and qualifying prospects. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of product offerings. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to effectively position Turabit Solutions’ offerings. Skills & Qualifications: Freshers are welcome to apply. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with clients at various levels. Positive, enthusiastic, and can-do attitude . Ability to work independently and in a team . Assertive sales approach with a passion for driving results.
