About the Role:
Turabit Solution is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Jr. Business Analyst to support our product, technology, and business teams. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, good communication, and the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into clear documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from internal teams and stakeholders.
• Prepare BRD, SRS, process flows, and user stories.
• Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood.
• Assist in sprint planning, requirement clarification, and UAT support.
• Conduct basic data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Coordinate with clients for requirement discussions under senior supervision.
• Track project progress and maintain documentation throughout the lifecycle.
• Support the creation of reports, dashboards, and presentations as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or a related discipline.
• 0–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role (freshers with strong concepts may apply).
• Good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and basic project management concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, Figma, MS Office, or similar tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Understanding of software development concepts and APIs.
• Ability to write user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Basic knowledge of data interpretation using Excel or BI tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
