Jr. Business Analyst

As a Junior Business Analyst in our Product Engineering and Support Team, you will work closely with senior team members and gain hands-on experience in product development and customer success initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in gathering and documenting requirements by interacting with Product Managers, Customer Success Leads, and internal stakeholders. - Support the preparation of Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and Requirement Analysis Documents (RAD). - Help create user stories, workflows, and feature specifications in collaboration with senior analysts and UX designers. - Participate in discussions with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points. - Support the engineering team during development, testing, and release cycles. - Conduct basic market and competitor research in the LMS industry. - Assist in preparing User Manuals, training guides, and short videos for new features. - Provide support in analyzing product performance metrics and customer feedback. - Contribute to process improvements and team collaboration efforts.
