ManekTech is looking for Jr. Business Analyst to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

Requirements Gathering: Working with stakeholders, end-users, and subject matter experts to gather and document business requirements
This involves conducting interviews, workshops, and analyzing existing documentation to understand the needs and objectives of the organization
Data Analysis: Analyzing data related to business processes, performance, and outcomes to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
This may involve utilizing spreadsheets, databases, and data visualization tools to organize and present data effectively
Process Mapping and Documentation: Creating visual representations, such as flowcharts or process maps, to document current business processes and identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies
This helps to visualize the steps involved, identify areas for optimization, and suggest improvements
Business Solution Design: Assisting in the design and development of business solutions or system enhancements to address identified business needs and requirements
This may involve collaborating with the development team, providing input on functional specifications, and ensuring alignment with business objectives
