Maintain and support core hotel systems including PMS, POS, CRM, IPTV, Key Card System, and Accounting Software. Ensure reliable performance of the hotel’s network infrastructure, Wi-Fi systems, servers, and data backups. Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols and data protection policies. Liaise with software and hardware vendors for installation, upgrades, and maintenance. Plan and execute preventive maintenance and regular system updates.
