Job Description

dynamic and experienced IT Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and mentor the IT team across branches.
  • Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and networks.
  • Develop and implement IT policies, cybersecurity protocols, and best practices.
  • Ensure proper functioning of ERP, digital learning platforms, and online examination systems.
  • Manage IT assets, licenses, and ensure timely upgrades and maintenance.
  • Provide technical support and training for staff and faculty.
  • Plan and monitor IT budgets, vendor management, and procurement.
  • Ensure reliable internet connectivity, data backup, and disaster recovery measures.
  • Drive new initiatives to enhance digital learning and smart campus facilities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar job role handling a team. 
  • Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
  • Experience working with educational institutions.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems, cloud solutions, and network security.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale IT infrastructure across multiple locations.
