Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee IT infrastructure, servers, networks, and applications.
Lead and mentor the IT team for performance and growth.
Ensure cybersecurity, data protection, and system security.
Manage IT support, troubleshooting, and timely issue resolution.
Plan and execute IT projects, upgrades, and migrations.
Handle IT procurement, vendor management, and budgets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Drive innovation and adopt new technologies for efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelors in IT/Computer Science (Master’s preferred).
6+ years of IT experience, with 2–3 years in management.
Strong knowledge of networking, cloud (AWS/Azure), cybersecurity, ERP/CRM.
Skilled in budgeting, vendor management, and project execution.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
