Salary: upto 30,000 (Negotiable)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to oversee and manage all computer systems, networks, and technology infrastructure of the organization. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of all IT operations, maintain system security, and provide timely technical support to all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage and monitor all computer systems, networks, servers, and software applications.

-Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware & software.

-Ensure network security and data protection across all departments.-Troubleshoot system issues and provide quick technical support to employees.

-Maintain and upgrade IT infrastructure to ensure efficiency and reliability.

-Manage backups, data recovery systems, and antivirus/security tools.

-Coordinate with external vendors for hardware, software, and service needs.

-Create and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.

-Regularly monitor system performance and resolve outages or downtime issues.

-Train staff on new technologies, software, and system usage.

-Maintain documentation of system configurations, licenses, and IT assets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

-4–5 years of experience in IT management or system administration.

-Strong knowledge of networks, servers, OS (Windows/Linux), and cloud systems.

-Expertise in troubleshooting hardware & software issues.

-Experience with firewalls, data security, backups, and antivirus tools.

-Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

-Strong communication and team-handling capability.

Preferred Skills:

-Experience in managing IT projects.

-Knowledge of database management and ERP systems.

-Certification such as CCNA, CompTIA, or similar (preferred but not mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
