Job Description

Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced MIS Executive with strong Excel and data management skills. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience, expertise in advanced Excel functions, and the ability to create efficient reports and dashboards. Key Responsibilities: Manage and analyse data using Excel and Google Sheets to provide accurate and timely reports. Utilize advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, etc.) and create complex formulas to streamline data processing. Build and maintain Pivot Tables to summarize data effectively for decision-making. Create and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs). Automate tasks and processes using Macros (if possible) to improve efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and ensure consistent data accuracy. Skills Required: Expertise in Excel (Advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, etc.) Strong understanding of Google Sheets Knowledge of Macros (preferred) Excellent data management and analytical skills 3-5 years of relevant work experience Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Performance bonus Work Location: In person
