Job Description

Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, including system administrators, network engineers and support staff.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their technology needs and provide solutions accordingly.
Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of the company's IT infrastructure.
Develop and implement IT strategies and policies that support the company's business objectives.
Manage the IT resources and allocat them to ensure efficient use of resources.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in IT infrastructure management.
Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Should have involved in ISO/SOC audit process.
Must have experience with INFOSEC tools.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, Certification in IT Infra and Securities.
Overall 9+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, preferably in a IT company.
3+ years of experience in IT company as a Manager or higher position.
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
In-depth knowledge of Windows, Linux and MAC OS knowledge, network infrastructure, ITSM tools and security practices.
Experience with virtualization technology.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple task simultaneously.
Certification in relevant technology areas (, Cisco, Microsoft, VMware) is a plus
