• Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 6+ years in

  IT Infrastructure Project Management

• Expertise in

  resource planning, risk management

• Knowledge of

  ITIL 4

  & Certified

  PMP

• Experience managing hybrid environments &

  cloud migrations

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proven ability to lead in matrixed, cross-functional environments
• Tools:

  JIRA, ServiceNow, JAMF, Fortigate, Microsoft 365

• Familiarity with Zero Trust frameworks,

  Microsoft Azure

  & hybrid support models
• Certifications: ITIL 4, PMP, Scrum Master (preferred)
• Ability to juggle multiple projects in a dynamic environment

Project Leadership & Execution

• Manage

  end-to-end infrastructure projects

• Partner with site leads and global teams for deployment execution

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary contact for internal teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Align goals and expectations across departments
• Communicate updates, risks, and deliverables regularly

Process Optimization

• Drive automation and documentation (e.g.,

  JIRA workflows

• Lead onboarding for new sites/systems with minimal disruption
• Create and maintain

  SOPs

  and execution checklists

Compliance & Governance

• Integrate privacy and security objectives across all project phases
• Ensure documentation readiness for audits and business continuity

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with internal/external partners to ensure delivery
• Translate complex project needs into actionable plans
• Communicate clearly, concisely, and adapt to shifting directions
