This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional technical teams (including Windows, Linux, Network, Security) and business managers to ensure seamless execution of projects and ongoing operational excellence. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in planning, scheduling, and managing infrastructure tasks such as server patching, upgrades, and system migrations, along with strong analytical and process improvement skills. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute IT Infrastructure projects including system upgrades, server patching, migrations, and automation initiatives. Collaborate with business teams and technical teams Windows, Linux, Network, NOC, Automation, and JAMF to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Create dashboards and operational reports to track progress, resource utilization, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Streamline IT Infra processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with industry best practices and ITIL standards. Coordinate and monitor day-to-day operations and service improvement plans. Identify risks, dependencies, and improvement areas within IT Infrastructure operations. Drive process improvement plans. Maintain project documentation, status updates, and performance metrics for leadership review. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and IT governance frameworks.
