2. Window Server: Active Directory, DHCP and DNS.
3. Networking
4. IP Configuration on computers
5. Static and dynamic IP Configuration
6. Network Trouble shooting
7. Knowledge of Gateway and DNS.
8. Switch, and VLAN Knowledge
9. Outlooking configuration and troubleshooting
10. Knowledge of OSI Model.
11. Computer hardware troubleshooting
12. Blue screen and black screen troubleshooting.
13. Inventory management and making reports for the same.
14. Remote troubleshooting
Qualification :
At least Graduation.
