Job Description

You will be responsible for providing IT helpdesk support and assistance to users on various technical issues related to IT, desktop, laptop, printers, and other devices. Your key responsibilities will include: - Being the Single Point of Contact for queries related to IT support - Responding to technical assistance requests through various channels such as in person, inbound calls, emails, chat, and web tickets within defined SLAs - Logging all help desk interactions and advising users on appropriate actions - Researching solutions using available information resources - Logging incidents and service requests, categorizing and prioritizing them, and managing their life cycle as per guidelines - Updating users about request status and closing requests upon user satisfaction with solutions To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: Qualifications: - Any Graduate (Preferred B.E./B.Tech/ B.Sc IT) Skills Required: - Basic knowledge about different devices and operating systems - Knowledge about filing tickets and logging incidents - Good verbal communication and writing skills - Strong coordination and multitasking abilities - Ability to handle pressure and manage agitated users,
