IT Helpdesk

You are looking to join TaskUs as an IT Helpdesk, where you will be the primary point of contact for staff regarding IT issues and queries. Your role will involve providing first-line investigation and diagnosis through phone calls, emails, chat, and tickets. Key Responsibilities: - Provide 24/7 first level support for all IT-related issues. - Monitor and manage phone, email, chat, and ticket queue. - Receive, log, validate, and diagnose issues/requests within agreed SLAs. - Escalate unresolved tickets to appropriate support functions. - Communicate with users and stakeholders on incident progress and changes. - Assist in incident management, ensuring prompt communication with end-users. - Document new processes in knowledge base articles. - Other duties as necessary. Required Qualifications: - Fresh graduates are welcome, but 1 year of Helpdesk or call center experience is preferred. - Strong English writing and oral communication skills. - Organized with problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency. - Excellent customer service and attention to detail. - Willingness to work on a rotational shifting schedule. - Familiarity with ITSM ticketing systems and Network Management Tools is a plus. Education / Certifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering Communications, or equivalent. - ITIL qualification and MCP certification are preferable but not required.
