Job Description

Profile This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for an IT Executive. The IT Executive will be responsible for providing technical support, managing network administration, and handling IT operations. Daily tasks include troubleshooting, ensuring the smooth functioning of IT systems, and supporting end-users by resolving technical issues. This role requires collaboration with different departments to maintain and upgrade IT infrastructure. Responsibilities Reporting to IT Manager Strong proficiency in trouble shooting hardware and software issues. Provide support to all departments in hardware, software, and network related issues. Experience in managing LANs, WANs, and VPNs. Knowledge of Firewall Management Familiarity with system installations like laptop/desktop installations. Knowledge of installing different operating systems-Windows, macOS, Linux. Must understand digital security tools like two factor authentication etc. Must understand Cloud Security tools. Knowledge of data back-ups, cloud drive handling is a big plus. Knowledge of latest hardware, software, and networking tools in the market. Configure, install, and maintain IT systems. Configure, install and maintain laptops and workstations. Ensure that there is data security enabled like two factor authentication systems. Keep a close watch on system performance to ensure there is optimisation of system speeds and costs. Eligibility Criteria Skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support Network Administration and Information Technology knowledge Experience in IT Operations Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field Experience in the education sector is a plus If not a bachelor’s degree in the above, then a certification and diploma in CompTIA A+, MCITP, CCNA from reputed institution Show more Show less
