Job Description

You will be working as an IT Support Executive, responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for computer systems, hardware, and software. Your role will involve installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, and peripherals. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and resolve system and network issues, provide user training and support, manage user accounts, and respond to call-outs within agreed time limits while prioritizing multiple open cases. You should have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and deliver exceptional customer service. A diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, along with 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related field. Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems, as well as Microsoft Office and Google Suite, is essential. Moreover, possessing certifications like CompTIA A+ and Network+ will be an added advantage. Your responsibilities will also include testing and evaluating new technology, conducting electrical safety checks, and maintaining accurate records of technical issues, resolutions, and user training.
