• Job Summary: *

We're seeking a detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our BPO team. The ideal candidate will manage and analyze operational data, generate reports, and ensure data accuracy to support decision-making processes across departments.

• Key Responsibilities:*
• Design, develop, and maintain reports using MS Excel, Power BI, or other tools
• Extract and analyze data to provide actionable insights
• Automate reports and improve processes
• Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy
• Coordinate with operations, HR, and quality teams
• Prepare dashboards and performance trackers
• Monitor KPIs and generate variance reports
• Assist in forecasting, planning, and budgeting
• Required Skills & Qualifications:*
• Graduate in any discipline ((link unavailable), BBA, BCA preferred)
• 1-3 years of experience in MIS or data analysis in BPO/service environment
• Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros)
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Understanding of BPO metrics (AHT, SLA, Attrition)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Preferred Qualifications:*
• Certification in Data Analytics or Advanced Excel
• Experience with SQL or database management tools
• Familiarity with workforce management (WFM) tools
