IT Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking an IT Executive to manage and support our company’s IT infrastructure, systems, and users. The role involves installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computers, servers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Monitor and maintain company networks (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi).
• Manage data backup, recovery, and ensure system security.
• Handle email configuration, ERP/software support, and antivirus management.
• Maintain IT inventory, documentation, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure timely updates, patch management, and compliance with IT policies.
• Assist in IT projects, system upgrades, and new technology implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support or system administration (freshers with strong knowledge can also apply).
• Knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux/Mac) and networking concepts.
• Familiarity with MS Office 365, ERP systems, and cybersecurity practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
