IT Executive

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Executive to support and maintain our organization's technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing hardware, software, networks, and ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide technical support to end users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide technical support for staff and respond to IT-related queries and issues.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords across systems.
• Assist in IT asset management, inventory tracking, and procurement of equipment.
• Perform regular backups and ensure data security and integrity.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and support.
• Document technical processes, configurations, and procedures.
• Support IT projects such as software upgrades, network expansion, and system migrations.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security protocols.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in IT support or similar role (1–3 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac operating systems, networking, and common office software.
• Good Knowledge of Microsoft and Outlook Accounts .
• Good understanding of cybersecurity principles and data protection.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
