Ankura Hospital is hiring for the role of IT Executive for Madinaguda and Gachibowli Units:

Job Role: IT Executive

Job Location: Hyderabad - Madinaguda and Gachibowli

Total No of open positions : 2

Qualification: B. Tech preferred

Shifts: Should be open for rotational shifts

Experience: Min 3 yrs to 7 yrs

Working Days: 6 days

**Candidates applying for the job role should be open for either of the locations - Madinaguda and Gachibowli and 6 days working

Job Responsibilities:

· Install and manage Desktops, Laptops and Windows and Unix Operating system.

· Configure and install desktop and Network printers.

· Request and assign IT assets to Employee, Update Asset Software system

· Coordinate with Corporate IT team for Employee Email Activation

· Learn and Provide Training on software systems to Unit staff members

· Monthly Audit of active software licensed users, deactivate inactive users

· Liaison with Telecom and Vendors for installation of Internet links, Maintenance

· Responsible for 100% uptime of IT infrastructure

· Server and Firewall Management, Wifi access point installation and troubleshooting

· LAN and WAN link sizing, procurement, installation and support

· Travel to other Local Unit(s) for IT support on need basis or provide backup IT support services as on when needed

· Knowledge in Installation of CCTV’s, EPABX is preferred

· Must have hands on experience in Microsoft Excel Sheet and MS Word

· Perform any other duties assigned.

· Ensuring proper and timely maintenance of Hardware and Software (Computers, Printers, UPS, Server, Networking etc). Back up support other units.

· Responsible for proper maintenance of Telephone Board, all Internal and External Telephone Connections / Instruments, Access Control System and Biometric.

· Software training to employees, Asset maintenance, Liasioning between Departments for procurement

· Must have good communication skills in Telugu, English or Hindi

**As of now we are only looking for candidates from Hyderabad

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
