- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Ensure security and efficiency of IT infrastructure- Respond to and resolve help desk requests- Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments, including computer and device hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations.- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software, including call centre hardware and software and other network and system problems.- Configure, monitor, and maintain email applications and virus protection software.- Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.- Check, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with live streaming.- Add or remove CCTV cameras depending on needs and situations.- Set up and install physical access control systems for FCPL offices.- Monitor access control systems, troubleshoot in case of malfunction, and resolve issues.- Respond to and resolve help desk requests from parents and employees; escalate more complex issues to vendors.
