Job Summary:

The Field Associate is responsible for visiting designated outlets to collect invoices and supporting documents as per the requirements. The role also involves coordination with the Clients local SPOC for any challenges facing at the outlets end and for any upcoming activity.Key Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned outlets/outlet locations as per the given schedule to collect invoices and necessary documentation.
• Verify that all invoices collected are properly signed, stamped, and have the correct GST and complete company details.
• Coordinate with the Clients local SPOC for any upcoming activity and assist them as and when required
• Maintain an organised log of collected invoices and share it with the Key Account Manager and MIS Executive.
• Report any discrepancies, delays, or issues encountered during collection to the Key Account Manager immediately.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of all documents during handling and transportation.
• Visit at least 7-8 outlets in a day.
• Maintain professional behaviour and represent the company positively while dealing with outlet staff.

Requirements:

• Minimum graduation in any discipline
• Good knowledge of the local area and ability to navigate efficiently.
• Basic communication skills (spoken and written).
• Honest, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
