Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls to clients and prospects. Explain immigration services, processes, and requirements to clients. Maintain and update records in Tally/office systems. Schedule appointments and follow-ups with clients. Provide administrative support to the immigration team. Ensure professional communication and customer service at all times. Requirements: Minimum qualification: Graduate/12th pass (with good communication skills). Knowledge of Tally and basic computer operations (MS Office, email). Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi. Prior experience in customer service/telecalling/immigration sector will be preferred. Ability to work independently and handle client queries politely.
