Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment, software, and services. Ensure data security, backups, and compliance with IT policies. Assist in implementing technology solutions to enhance guest experience. Desired Qualifications & Skills: Graduate in IT/Computer Science or related field. 1–3 years of relevant work experience (hospitality background preferred). Strong troubleshooting, networking, and system administration skills.
