IT Coordinator

Job Description – IT Coordinator   Role Overview- The IT Coordinator will be responsible for managing and supporting the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating with internal teams & external vendors. The role involves maintaining systems, networks, ERP support, and ensuring data security and IT compliance.   Key Responsibilities   1. IT Infrastructure & System Support - Manage and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, biometric devices, CCTV, and networking equipment. - Install, configure, and update operating systems and required software. - Maintain user accounts, permissions, email setups, and system access.   2. Network & Server Management - Monitor LAN/WAN connectivity and resolve network issues. - Coordinate with service providers for internet, firewall, and security solutions. - Assist in maintaining servers, backups, antivirus systems, and data security protocols.   3. ERP & Software Support - Provide first-level support for ERP systems (production, stores, purchase, HR, accounts). - Coordinate with ERP vendors for bug fixing, customization, and updates. - Train employees on ERP usage and ensure timely data entry and reporting.   4. Asset Management - Maintain accurate records of IT hardware & software inventory. - Ensure timely procurement, AMC renewals, and license compliance.   5. IT Security & Compliance - Implement data protection measures, user-access controls, and backup policies. - Ensure adherence to IT security standards and SOPs. - Monitor cybersecurity threats and coordinate preventive actions.   6. Coordination & Documentation - Coordinate with departments to understand and resolve IT requirements. - Maintain documentation of incidents, system logs, and IT infrastructure. - Support management in IT audits and compliance activities.   Preferred Candidate Profile- - Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 1–4 years of experience in IT support / system administration. - Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems, and hardware troubleshooting. - Experience with ERP systems (manufacturing domain preferred). - Good communication and problem-solving skills.   Work Location- Indore, Madhya Pradesh   Industry Manufacturing / Electro-Mechanical / Transformers
