Job Description

Key Responsibilities ●     Assist in purchase and procurement activities, including vendor coordination and follow-up ●     Handle data entry, record keeping, and internal documentation ●     Maintain and update Excel sheets and other records with accuracy ●     Support in follow-ups with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely execution of tasks ●     Draft and handle emails and letters with clear written communication ●     Prepare reports and relevant data as required ●     Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of information and documentation Required Skills ●     Good understanding of purchase/procurement processes ●     Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications ●     Fluent written English with attention to clarity and grammar ●     Excellent documentation and record-keeping abilities ●     Strong follow-up and coordination skills ●     Ability to quickly grasp and learn new processes and tools
