Job Description

Job title: IT Program Coordinator ERP & Factory IT

Exp: 2+ Years

Role Overview

Must-Have Skills (mid-level, trainable)

  • Practical ERP admin/user support (ERPNext/Frappe preferred)
  • Postman/REST basics, JSON/webhook understanding
  • SQL fundamentals (joins, filters, aggregates)
  • Strong coordination & written English; vendor handling; disciplined documentation
  • Comfort with basic IT: networks/Wi-Fi, printers, CCTV, OS install, patching
  • Coordination & Operations

  • Be the single point of contact in Nigeria for India IT/ERP, local management, and third-party vendors.
  • Track tasks via Jira/Sheets, maintain a RAID log, publish weekly status.
  • ERPNext & Process Support

  • Support front office (DO/Asst-DO) with ERP usage issues, permissions, master hygiene, and UAT during changes.
  • Raise and follow through on tickets/bugs/config changes with the India team.
  • Integrations & APIs

  • Assist with bank/PSP API coordination, WhatsApp/IVR connectors, n8n jobs; test payloads via Postman, verify webhooks, log failures, and escalate early.
  • Factory IT Hygiene

  • Coordinate local IT vendors for internet, LAN/Wi-Fi, printers/scanners, CCTV, endpoints, basic server checks; maintain an IT asset register and a SOP/runbook.
  • Ensure secrets and creds are stored via approved tools (e.g., Bitwarden/Google Secret Manager) and shared properly with India.
  • Data Checks & Reconciliations

  • Run basic SQL checks (BigQuery preferred) for daily/weekly reconciliations (receipts vs orders/bank callbacks).
  • Prepare simple checklists/dashboards with India team (Grafana/Tableau read-only).
  • Documentation & Training

  • Maintain SOPs, change notes, and handover docs; conduct quick refreshers for DO/Asst-DO on new flows.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience (3–5 years) in IT project coordination or project support.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and infrastructure projects.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Jira).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
