JOB DESCRIPTION – IT COORDINATOR

Company: Hap & Hope (RNB Fashion LLP)
Location: Tirur
Job Type: Full-Time
Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Salary Package: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 (based on experience)
Benefits: Accommodation + EPF + ESI

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Software Team for updates, issues, and customization requests.
• Collect requirements from stores/offices and ensure proper follow-up.
• Provide basic IT support (system issues, login problems, access support).
• Maintain logs of issues, updates, and follow-up status.
• Escalate technical problems when required.
• Assist in deploying new features, updates, and user training.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: BCA or equivalent qualification.
• Knowledge: Good understanding of IT systems, software tools, and basic troubleshooting.
• Skills:
• Strong organizational skills.
• Good problem-solving ability.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in Odoo ERP is an added advantage.
