Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Business Development Manager, located in Delhi, India. The IT Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with the tech team to provide tailored solutions to meet client needs. The role involves conducting market research, preparing business proposals, and negotiating contracts. Additionally, the IT Business Development Manager will monitor industry trends and competitors to capitalize on emerging opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong business development, sales, and negotiation skills
• Experience in IT solutions and services (ERP, CRM, HRMS, e-Learning, e-Market Place)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct market research and craft business proposals
• Client relationship management and strategic planning abilities
• Familiarity with SAAS business model and cloud-based solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field
• Previous experience in the IT industry is beneficial
