Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Product/ERP Lead, located in New Delhi. The Senior Product/ERP Lead will be responsible for managing product lifecycles, developing ERP solutions, and providing technology consulting. Daily tasks include collaborating with product specialists, analyzing data, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves driving sales, offering customer service, and constantly improving the product based on feedback and market trends. Qualifications Experience as a Product Specialist and developing ERP solutions Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and understand market needs Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with team and stakeholders Customer Service and Sales experience to ensure client satisfaction and drive product adoption Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field Proven track record of successful product management Experience in the technology or IT services industry is a plus Adaptability to new tools and processes Will be handling multiple product development teams Show more Show less
