Role Description (IT Sales)


In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in building relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and exceeding targets for our industry-leading software. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, account management, and effective communication. They will identify potential clients, develop relationships, and generate business opportunities for the company.


Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in B2B software sales with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in IT sales, and international Sales, and experience working in a software or technology company.
  • Strong understanding of the IT landscape and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and develop trust with clientele.
  • A go-getter mentality with a passion for exceeding expectations.
  • Proven ability to identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Email Marketing & Online bidding can be a plus point

  • Odoo Leads Generation & Business Development

Here's what you'll do:

  • Research and identify potential clients within our target market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals, partners, and customers
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
  • Negotiate contracts and terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
  • Manage existing client relationships to foster loyalty and drive repeat business
  • Create, track, and manage the sales pipeline to ensure efficient deal progression
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management
  • Oversees business development efforts in multiple regions or countries. Expand the company's geographic footprint and establish operations in new markets.
  • Lead Generation, Team Management, Strategic planning, data visualization, cross-functional collaboration
  • Can do documentation like proposal, SOW, etc.
