Business Development (IT)

The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and outreach through
• Perform cold calling, show demos, and take follow-ups
• Analyze client requirements and prepare strategic business proposals.
• Understand client requirements and convert them into technical briefs
• Manage and grow relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct

  email marketing

  campaigns to drive outreach and engagement.
• Handle

  online bidding

  platforms (like Upwork, Freelancer, etc.) for project acquisition.
• Work closely with the technical team to translate business needs into solutions.
• Maintain client databases, prepare reports, and assist with forecasting & planning.
• Document and analyze business processes and workflows
• Conduct competitor and market research for strategic insights
• Help improve service offerings through feedback and analysis

• Have experience in Odoo Leads generation considered a plus point.
