IT Administrator – Email Marketing Support


Key Responsibilities

IT Administration

  • Manage and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and user systems.
  • Provide advanced support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Implement system upgrades, patches, and security protocols.
  • Ensure robust data backup, recovery, and cybersecurity compliance.
  • Maintain detailed IT documentation for systems, configurations, and procedures.

Email Marketing IT Support

  • Configure, integrate, and troubleshoot email marketing platforms (e.g.,

    Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud

    ).
  • Manage domain authentication protocols (

    SPF, DKIM, DMARC

    ) for high deliverability and compliance.
  • Support subscriber databases, segmentation, and automation workflows.
  • Monitor campaign performance and resolve technical issues.
  • Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams for accurate tracking and reporting.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 6+ years

    of IT administration experience, with

    3+ years

    in email marketing platform support.
  • Strong knowledge of

    email protocols, DNS management, and marketing automation tools

    .
  • Proficiency in

    Windows/Linux systems, networking, Microsoft 365, and Azure

    .
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.


Required Certifications

  • Microsoft 365 Certified:

    Enterprise Administrator Expert

  • Microsoft Certified:

    Azure Administrator Associate

  • Microsoft Certified:

    Modern Desktop Administrator Associate

  • (Preferred) CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCNA, or Google Workspace Admin


Preferred Skills

  • Experience with

    CRM systems

    and marketing analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with

    HTML/CSS

    for email template troubleshooting.
  • Strong knowledge of

    cybersecurity best practices

    .
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
