Job Description

Key Responsibilities: System Management: Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software, including operating systems, applications, and security tools. Network Administration: Managing and maintaining network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls. User Support: Providing technical assistance to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues, and troubleshooting network problems. Security Management: Implementing and maintaining security protocols, managing user access, and monitoring for security threats. Data Backup and Recovery: Implementing and managing data backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability. IT Infrastructure Optimization: Monitoring system performance, identifying bottlenecks, and making recommendations for improvements. Documentation: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of systems, procedures, and configurations. Required Skills: Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, networking, and security principles. Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively. Communication: Ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences. Customer Service: Ability to provide excellent customer service and support to end-users. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze system performance and identify areas for improvement. Tools and Technologies: Operating Systems: Windows, Linux, macOS. Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs. Security Tools: Firewalls, intrusion detection systems, anti-malware software.
