Job Summary

The IT Administrator will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing Duruper's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations across systems, networks, hardware, and software. The role will provide technical support to employees, ensure data security, and maintain high availability of business-critical applications.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company servers, networks, firewalls, and security systems.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and support desktops, laptops, printers, and office IT equipment.
• Install, update, and monitor software, applications, and operating systems.
• Implement and maintain data backup, recovery systems, and security policies.
• Monitor network performance and proactively resolve downtime or connectivity issues.
• Manage user accounts, access controls, and email systems (Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace).
• Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure equipment lifecycle management.
• Support ERP, CRM, and other business applications used by Duruper.
• Respond to IT helpdesk tickets with timely resolution.
• Coordinate with external vendors for hardware, software, and network support.
• Ensure compliance with IT security standards and company policies.
• Prepare periodic IT performance, security, and maintenance reports.

Mandatory Requirements

• Any Graduate, Btech/B.E preffered.
• 1-3 years of experience in IT administration or system support roles.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and cloud tools.
• Good understanding of data security, backup systems, and antivirus solutions.
• Experience in supporting users and resolving hardware/software issues.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
