Follows up on all preventative maintenance procedures, by making sure assigned tasks are complete. Updates and maintains documentation on facility practices, policies, and procedures. Ensures compliance with company standards and all regulatory agencies, by maintaining facilities and keeping records. Evaluates problems and recommend comprehensive solutions to managers, including the location of resources, and the costs of those resources. Ensures team and contractors follow all safety procedures and that safety equipment is available and in good condition at all times. Communicates any issues regarding safety or security to staff members. Performs other related tasks.
