Purpose of Role / Objective: Maintain industrial harmony and positive relations with all stakeholders to ensure smooth and uninterrupted plant operations Manage Industrial Relations (IR) and Personnel Human Resources (PHR) activities specifically for the Kharkhoda Plant Total Experience: 1215 years Qualification: MBA / MSW Specific Certification: HR / Industrial Relations (IR) Certification preferred Technical Skills Requirement: Proficient in MS Office Strong skills in Project Management Expertise in Union Handling, Collective Bargaining, Negotiations, and Disciplinary Proceedings Employee Welfare and Stakeholder Management Behavioral Skills Requirement: Emotional control and flexibility Strong interpersonal awareness Influencing and persuasion capabilities Effective networking and building personal credibility Resilience and risk-taking ability Sound decision-making skills Geographical Coverage: Kharkhoda Plant Key Result Areas: Union management and effective communication with workforce Manpower planning and handling Conducting training and educational initiatives Blue-collar recruitment, induction, and grievance redressal Wage settlement and benchmarking studies Maintaining close connect with associates and supervisors Managing disciplinary issues professionally Conducting Industrial Relations sensitivity training programs
