Purpose of Role / Objective:

• Maintain industrial harmony and positive relations with all stakeholders to ensure smooth and uninterrupted plant operations
• Manage Industrial Relations (IR) and Personnel Human Resources (PHR) activities specifically for the Kharkhoda Plant

Total Experience:

1215 years

Qualification:

MBA / MSW

Specific Certification:

HR / Industrial Relations (IR) Certification preferred

Technical Skills Requirement:

• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong skills in Project Management
• Expertise in Union Handling, Collective Bargaining, Negotiations, and Disciplinary Proceedings
• Employee Welfare and Stakeholder Management
