Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Executive with strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and knowledge of labour laws. The role involves handling employee grievances, ensuring statutory compliance, managing documentation, and fostering a positive work environment through effective counselling and people management.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Knowledge of Labour Laws

    • Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, Shops & Establishments Act.
    • Prepare statutory registers and submit reports to authorities.
    • Stay updated on amendments and new compliance requirements.

  1. Problem Solving & Grievance Management

    • Address employee concerns promptly and fairly.
    • Investigate issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
    • Maintain confidentiality and neutrality during grievance handling.
  2. People Handling & Counselling

    • Support employees with guidance on HR policies and benefits.
    • Provide counselling for performance, stress, or workplace issues.
    • Assist in onboarding and employee engagement activities.
  3. Good Communication Skills

    • Communicate HR policies and labour law requirements clearly to employees.
    • Act as a liaison between management and staff for smooth information flow.
  4. Documentation & Reporting

    • Maintain accurate HR records (attendance, payroll, compliance documents).
    • Prepare MIS reports for management on compliance and employee relations.
    • Ensure timely submission of statutory returns and audit documents.

Required Skills

  • Knowledge of Indian labour laws and compliance processes.
  • Documentation accuracy and reporting proficiency.
  • Empathy and counselling skills.

Qualifications

  • MBA in HR/IR, Law, or related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in HR operations and labour law compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
