Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - Industrial Relations to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial relations, statutory compliance, employee engagement, employee benefits, training & development, and HR generalist functions.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective industrial relations strategies to maintain positive employee relations and minimize labor disputes.
Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, including statutory compliance and adherence to industry standards.
Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale, productivity, and employee retention.
Develop and manage employee benefits programs, including salary, allowances, and other perks.
Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Provide HR generalist support to the team, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and performance management.
Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Analyze and report on labor market trends, employee satisfaction, and other relevant metrics to inform business decisions.

Requirements

6-10 years of experience in industrial relations, HR generalist, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze complex data and develop insights to inform business decisions.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
