Qualification: Any Graduate/ MBA /MLL or LW (preferred)
Experience: Overall 5-8 years of relevant work experience preferably in a renowned hospital. Candidate from Hospital background only
Reporting: CEO, Wadia Hospital
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Should manage the complete gamut of Industrial Relation, Employee Relation and Grievance redressal procedures single handedly.
2. Represent the hospital at meetings with external agencies/bodies and develop effective professional relationships with colleagues in other hospitals and agencies as appropriate
3. Maintain good working relationship with Union & effective engagement with its members.
4. To ensure 100 % statutory compliances at Hospital as per the acts in force and to maintain the records/file returns as per the acts.
5. Interface with all Labour Authorities / Contract Labour Management & related Statutory Labour compliances, Contract Labour Management & Administration
6. Facilitate cordial industrial relations within the Hospital by acting as a mediator in initiating settlement proceedings.
7. Should be able to align the wages structure as per market norms and manage the wage settlements
8. Should be able to manage conciliation & court matters, strikes & stoppage of work and court matters i.e. Labour & Industrial Court/Tribunal
