About the Role Equity 360 is seeking a highly motivated Investment Analyst Intern to assist in live deal execution, financial analysis, and market research. This internship is ideal for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in equity fundraising, M&A, and debt capital markets. Time Period: 3 Months Location: Noida, Sector 32 Type of Employment: Full- Time Internship Time: 09:30 AM - 06:30 PM Stipend: This is stipend-based Internship Key Responsibilities Assist with deal sourcing by identifying potential targets, conducting market research, and tracking industry trends Manage leads through the sales pipeline , from discovery to deal closure Research potential clients and create target lists across focus sectors. Track industry trends , M&A activity , and funding news to identify new opportunities. Analyse databases (Tracxn) to screen and shortlist promising companies. Assist in preparing outreach materials like teasers and introductory decks Support CRM updates and maintain a pipeline of active and prospective leads. Coordinate with senior team members to identify cross-sell or up-sell opportunities from existing relationships. Requirements Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or related fields. Strong interest in investment banking , capital markets , and corporate finance .
